20 Double Fine Years is officially licensed and endorsed by Double Fine Productions and is built on dozens of hours of new and exclusive interviews with key figures such as Tim Schafer, Peter Chan, Scott Cambpell, Anna Kipnis and more.
This premium hard cover book is the result of unrestricted access to Double Fine’s art and game design archives, untold stories from the people involved and a desire to make public the unique approaches and practises of one of the world’s most creative video game studios.
20 Double Fine Years covers every game Double Fine has released, from their Psychonauts debut to Brütal Legend, Costume Quest, Stacking, Broken Age, Psychonauts 2, the Remasters of Lucasarts Classic Grim Fandango, Day of the Tentacle and Full Throttle and more.
Also features discussion of Double Fine’s contributions to the industry, from indie game celebration Day of the Devs to the documentaries of 2 Player Productions that shine light on the realities of game development.
