My World :
After the successful “Health & Fit Music” event at Health City Club in Padova, Patrizia Salviato is bringing her professional workout from North to South Italy and anyone cannot do without it any longer.
Press, media and public seem to be even more interested in this new fitness discipline.
Fit Music program is a unique mix of functional and metabolic exercises and exciting fit dances, that combines international music with body sculpting movements.
<< Depending on the level of intensity of your workout, Fit Music can make you burn over 500 calories an hour. Few weeks will be sufficient to see the first results!>> says Patrizia Salviato, Fit Music creator.
Summer is just round the corner, but it’s not too late to get back in shape. Many Italian gyms are organizing Fit Music classes and lots of women and girls are joining. Its strength is that it works on the most common ladies’ weak spots, giving power and energy to the body.
But if one has no time enough to go to the gym, it will take a Wii console and some space in front of the screen to train and dance with Patrizia Salviato to the beat of the best 80s inspired tracks.
In fact, Fit Music is a new video game for Wii, too. Developed and published by O2 GAMES, Fit Music for Wii is the best and cheapest solution for techno/house dance music lovers, casual games fanatics or all who aim at losing weight, toning muscles and alleviate the stress of daily life, exercising and dancing until gasping for breath.
The game is distributed in Italy, Finland and Swiss and it will come soon to the rest of Europe.
