Ubisoft | You read it right - the first screens for Splinter Cell Chaos TheoryTM for the PS2 are now available, and I'm sure you'll agree that the game looks phenomenal. Ubisoft's renowned Montreal studio has been hard at work crafting Chaos Theory for the PS2, and the results show. Thanks to new effects like geotexturing, reflections, refractions and a host of water effects, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory will be one of the most graphically stunning PS2 games ever released. Taken from the Hokkaido and Cargoship levels, the screens showcase the richness of color, sophisticated lighting and shadow effects, and the intricacy of the environments players of the PS2 version will enjoy - as well as some of Sam Fisher's cool new stealth moves, as he operates closer to the enemy than ever before.
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory will be in stores next March, 2005 for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, PC and GameCube.
