Indie Arena Booth Returns to gamescom 2024: Submissions Now Open

Hamburg, 18 March 2024 - Indie Arena Booth, the world's biggest shared showcase for indie game developers, is pleased to announce its return to gamescom 2024 from August 21st to 25th with over 1,500 square metres of exhibition space, this year's curated showcase promises to be another fantastic opportunity for developers to spotlight their creations on a global stage.
 

Participants can select from various booth sizes, including the Small Booth (€ 2,500), Big Booth (€ 4,500), and Arcade Booth (€ 3,000), catering to diverse project scopes and preferences. Participants can look forward to an all-inclusive package regardless of the booth they select. All included services can be found here.


Indie Arena Booth is delighted to announce its continued partnership with Nintendo Switch™*, which is providing a showcasing spot free of charge at Indie Arena Booth. Developers of Nintendo Switch games can apply for this curated spot through the Indie Arena Booth back end. Nintendo Switch has been a trusted partner of the event for years, and developers will now have the opportunity to secure one of the highly sought-after spots in the Nintendo Switch area early-on to gain a head -start.
 
A  jury made up of renowned industry professionals will select the best projects after the submission deadline, to secure the best curated indie game lineup. Over 370 game applications were sent in last year and over 150 games from 30 countries made it into the showcase.
 
Complementing the physical exhibition, both the popular Indie Arena Booth Steam Event (almost 2.5 million impressions in 2023) as well as the exclusive live stream (almost 2 million views in 2023), hosted by Shay Thompson, will return, providing participating developers with an additional platform to reach a broader audience.
