4th October 2004. London, UK. Kuju Wireless Publishing, the dynamic wholly-owned wireless division of Kuju Entertainment (AIM: KUJ) today announced the acquisition of the exclusive worldwide licence to develop and publish FIM Motocross World Championship branded games for mobile phones.

Kevin Holloway, Director of Publishing at Kuju Wireless enthused, 'We're delighted to be working with such an exciting, global brand. The world of Motocross is an international success and lends itself perfectly to mobile phone games. The acquisition of the FIM Motocross Brand is instrumental in further developing our portfolio of games for mobile phones.'

FIM Motocross, with its 45-year history, is the premier Motocross Championship tour, attracting 80 legendary riders from all over the world to 16 Grand Prix races held throughout Europe, South Africa, Japan (2005 calendar) and the UK. Shown on over 100 TV stations across 49 countries worldwide, the Championship runs from late March to late September, culminating in Motocross of Nations in early October. The FIM Motocross is more than just racing; it's an intense experience on two wheels.

Simon Kay of Licensing Management International who put together the agreement with Kuju on behalf of Youthstream, the company that manages the exclusive television, marketing and promotional worldwide rights of the FIM Motocross World Championship said "Both we and Youthstream are looking forward to working with Kuju Wireless as we look to extend this exciting Brand further into the Interactive Games market across all formats".

Exceptional levels of control are required in the blur of speed, mud and "air-time" that constitutes the quest for the Motocross GP, 125 and 650 class world crowns. The 2003 season visited 11 countries and witnessed an outstanding competition, as the fittest and most talented riders on the planet battled to be the 2003 Motorcross World Champion.

The introduction of new MX1 and MX2 classes, together with new race formats, have taken the 2004 Motorcross World Championship to a new dimension and this is set to continue in 2005. These exciting changes will increase the sports popularity and help develop productive collaborations between riders, manufacturers and local promoters.

Major teams participating in the Championship will feature in the games and include: Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Aprilla. The sport attracts major TV and news coverage across the world and is broadcast on major TV stations including Eurosport (Europa), Sky Sports (UK); Fox Sport World (USA), ESPN (Latin America), Speed Channel (USA-Canada-Mexico), Star TV (Asia) and RAI Sat (Italy), with an estimated potential TV audience of 940 million (MX1).

The first FIM branded Motocross games will appear in Q1 2005.
