PORTLAND, OREGON, JULY 29, 2024 - Panic is thrilled to announce that a second annual Panic Games Showcase will be held on August 27, broadcast via Panic's YouTube and Twitch channels. Featuring chats with the developers of Thank Goodness You’re Here!, Arco, despelote, Time Flies, Nour: Play With Your Food, and the soon-to-be-revealed brand new title/IP from Okomotive, creators of FAR: Lone Sails and FAR: Changing Tides.


Expect no more than a wink and a nod to House House’s Big Walk in this edition, but there will be plenty to talk about next year!

Riding on the success of the critically-acclaimed FAR series, the Swiss development team at Okomotive announced during last year’s Panic Games Showcase that they had embarked on a new ambitious IP in partnership with Panic. A first look at the game will be revealed at gamescom’s Opening Night Live on August 20, followed by a behind-the-scenes look at development during the Panic Games Showcase!


Also this month, be sure to check out these two exciting releases from Panic:

  This Thursday, August 1, giggle your way through a delightfully weird town and complete odd jobs in Thank Goodness You’re Here! from studio Coal Supper when it launches on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 & 5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store for $19.99 with a 15% off launch discount. Owners of Untitled Goose Game can also get an additional 10% off of Thank Goodness You’re Here! on Steam and Switch, through a new bundle for people who specifically enjoy causing mayhem in the British countryside.
Then, on August 15, Panic and the international team behind Arco have announced that it will launch guns blazing - not only for Steam and the Epic Games Store, but ship simultaneously on Nintendo Switch! The unique mix of RPG, narrative, and turn-based tactical RPG follows four characters in their quest for revenge against the Red Company gang.
