VANCOUVER, MARCH 12, 2024 - Developer David Huynh of Half Asleep is happy to bring Melatonin to Playstation 5 today! This dreamy rhythm game is available for $14.99 USD.

Melatonin was originally released on PC in December 2022 and received Overwhelmingly Positive sentiment from over 4,500 reviewers. The game later came to the Nintendo Switch that same month.

Melatonin takes around 2 to 3 hours to complete.

About Melatonin
Melatonin is a rhythm game about dreams and reality merging together. Harmonize through a variety of dreamy levels containing surprising challenges, hand-drawn art, and vibrant music without any intimidating overlays or interfaces.

Melatonin explores the relationship between the dreams we have when we’re asleep and the experiences we go through when we’re awake, through unique rhythm game levels. Hand-drawn in a colorful and detailed visual style, with music produced to flow hand-in-hand with the gameplay and visuals, you will piece together elements about the main character’s life as you dive deeper and deeper into their dreams at night.

About Half Asleep
Melatonin was developed in Vancouver by David Huynh. He previously worked in graphic design, interface design, and user experience design before making the jump to indie game development. This will be the first game released from the developer but there are big plans to build up a team and make more dreamy games after the release of Melatonin.
