Mobile farming adventure Island Hoppers hits new revenue and download records

Cyprus – June 6th, 2024 – GDEV portfolio studio Nexters is proud to announce that their farming adventure game Island Hoppers: Jungle Farm has hit new revenue and download milestones. Soft-launched on iOS & Android in 2021, the game has gone from strength to strength, becoming one of the most profitable and downloaded mobile games in the Farming genre for 2024.

Island Hoppers can now boast a total revenue of $47 million USD, and 20 million downloads across all platforms, reaching 8th place in the Farming genre for both stats in April, according to AppMagic. A rising star, and on track to compete with Nexters' own Hero Wars, which claims a total download count of over 200 million copies across all three platforms.

This is rapid progress for Island Hoppers. While its soft launch was in November 2021, its full global debut only happened in October 2023. GDEV and Nexters are confident that Island Hoppers will only continue to rise further from here.
