They Are Here is a first-person horror story about a journalist who witnessed an alien abduction at the Grayswood farm. The game is inspired by such movies as Signs, Dark Skies, The Gracefield Incident, The X-Files, War of the Worlds and many others.

The main character is named Taylor Fox. He's a journalist.

A farmer named Peter Sherman reached out to him. He told about terrifying, inexplicable phenomena occurring on his farm.

Taylor Fox went there to investigate. But things didn't go according to plan…

Although they agreed on a meeting, nobody was at home.

From a note, Taylor learned that the farmer's daughter Megan had disappeared.

The farmer's wife, Susan, started behaving oddly, as if someone was controlling her like a puppet.

All animals on the farm were sick, infected by some parasite…

Taylor Fox found out that there was a secret military complex located near the farm that no one knew about.

The military was watching the Sherman family.

Something terrible happened here 30 years ago, after which the series of inexplicable events began.

Now, the main character feels that someone is watching him, too…
