NO PANTS PHYSICS CHALLENGE ‘PANTLESS’ COMING JULY 2ND

Copenhagen, Denmark, 10 June 2024 | A new rage-inducing physics challenge is heading to the Steam storefront. Pantless, a new multiplayer title from indie developer Pebbles Games, will feature a demo during June’s Steam Next Fest ahead of its July 2nd release.

Rage-Inducing Fun

Inspired by Getting Over It With Bennett Foddy, Pantless is a wild, physics-based multiplayer game where pants are strictly prohibited! Players must navigate increasingly difficult terrain, using objects in their surroundings to progress through obstacles and reach new heights. A range of environments awaits–including galactic worlds, skeletal scenery, and mushroom trampolines–offering a new challenge at every turn. Challenge your friends to the fun in the game’s multiplayer mode to see who is the best Pantless player!

Multiplayer Mayhem

Begin your journey on the ground, where you can customize your character’s accessories, adding hilarious headwear, glasses, facial hair, jackets, and footwear. Pants are off-limits! When you’re ready to begin your Pantless ascent, the game’s complex physics engine awaits to test your skills and patience. Explore your kit’s move set, letting you jump on nearby platforms and headbutt your friends in Pantless’ multiplayer mode. Host a real-time lobby with up to twelve players, and institute your own rules to challenge your friends! Race to the top, compete in speedruns for each level or enjoy some wholesome headbutting to infuriate your opponents.

Climb To The Top

Pantless offers several ways to reach the top. Use springloaded objects–such as mushrooms and mattresses–to increase your launch height and cover greater distances. Moving platforms and powerful fans are scattered around each level, granting an easy traversal opportunity or an unfortunate misstep. The further you climb, the further you fall, and missing your target means plummeting back to the start. Not a fan of relentless difficulty? The game’s 'Baby Mode' introduces checkpoints to help you keep your cool.
