Play the demo version of United Sects of America

Madnetic Games :

United Sects of America, a created by FoxSox Games  strategy game, will take part in the upcoming Steam Next Fest. Players will be able to test the demo version of the game.
 
FoxSox Games, the studio behind Goat’s Tale, is working on another title, a management strategy game - United Sects of America. Player’s main task will be guiding the development of their own cult based in an alternate reality of the United States. The goal - gaining influence over the entire country - will depend on players actions and decisions.

About the game
According to United Sects of America’s description “the game offers both serious narrative elements and humorous threads, providing players with extensive choices and impact on the development of their cult”. Throughout the gameplay the player will have an opportunity of recruiting followers, assigning them different tasks and managing their skills as well as constructing buildings to enhance settlement’s functionality and influence of the cult.

About the gameplay
“Each state has its challenges and circumstances that influence mission effectiveness” which will require the player to make careful decisions. Choice of words and tone in speeches could persuade the cultists to follow the leader’s guidance or make the speech ineffective. Furthermore gaining influence can lead to conflicts with other faiths, rival groups or even authorities. The ending - success of the cult or its downfall - depends on the player.

Steam Next Fest
            Players will have a chance to play United Sects of America demo version during the February edition of Steam Next Fest 2024. They will have the opportunity to test out the mechanics of the game and have a taste of what the full game may look like - all of that before the release.
 
FoxSox Games has already released titles such as Goat’s Tale and The Last Order: Dungeons. As for now United Sects of America is their third project which estimated date of release is the second half or 2024. Today marks the date of the game’s page launch on Steam. In the role of publisher is Madnetic Games, an indie studio behind WW2 Rebuilder.
