Police Simulator: Patrol Officers now available in the PlayStation®Plus games catalogue

Duesseldorf/Germany, June 19, 2024 – Publisher astragon Entertainment and developer Aesir Interactive are pleased to announce that the simulation hit Police Simulator: Patrol Officers is now included in the PlayStation®Plus games catalogue. The main game is now available to all PlayStation®Plus Extra and PlayStation®Plus Premium subscribers for PlayStation®5 and PlayStation®4.
 

Before they start their first shift in the fictitious US city of Brighton, players can choose between eight different characters to begin their police career with. A variety of challenging tasks await them, with the difficulty and complexity increasing as the police officers climb the career ladder. Initially, they hand out parking tickets on foot, but the players soon get their first patrol car and are allowed to stop speeding road users, investigate accidents and track down suspects.
 

Particularly experienced officers can even solve robberies and arrest drug dealers. New interactions, vehicles and precincts are continuously unlocked as you play, so no two shifts feel the same. In addition, a game mechanic has been implemented that evaluates player behaviour, whereby bad behaviour can quickly lead to dismissal. In addition, Police Simulator: Patrol Officers offers players the opportunity to go on patrol in pairs in online co-op mode and thus ensure law and order together in Brighton. A PlayStation®Plus subscription is required for multiplayer mode.
 

Players who want to get more out of their gaming experience will also have the opportunity to open up the highways of the fictional state of Franklin with the brand new Highway Patrol Expansion. This comes with many new offences and game features, such as car chases and additional equipment.

The Highway Patrol Expansion is available now for PlayStation®5 and PlayStation®4 for 19.99 EUR / 19.99 USD (SRP) or the regional equivalent. The main game is required to play, which is now available to all PlayStation®Plus Extra and PlayStation®Plus Premium subscribers for the PlayStation®5 and PlayStation®4, or alternatively can be purchased from the PlayStation Store as a Standard Edition or Gold Edition.
