In celebration of the upcoming Persona 3 Reload™ game developed by Atlus Co. Ltd. and published by SEGA of America, Inc., iconic London ramen spot Ramen Yokocho have created three incredible set menus (priced at £25) each named after a leading character in the game. Available from Tuesday 16th January to Monday 1st April 2024, guests can indulge in a two-course set menu with optional bolt-on starters (priced at £5) inspired by the game’s namesake characters and pick up a limited-edition character pin with each set menu, with 6 designs to collect.


Persona 3 Reload is a remake of the pivotal 2006 title, set to release on February 2, 2024, on Game Pass, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC. Players, stepping into the role of a high school student, can awaken an incredible power, their Persona, and join the fight to destroy monstrous Shadows and chase the mysteries of the Dark Hour.


Ramen Yokocho experience


​Under a canopy of glowing lanterns, nostalgic neon street signs and a kicking Persona 3 Reload inspired soundtrack, diners can step into the retro world of Tokyo, where they’ll find full size character cut-outs and Persona 3 Reload decorations from the S.E.E.S., giving them Instagrammable moments that will really bring the game to life!

 
The glowing Tokyo setting complements the three limited edition menus named after some of the main characters of the game: Protagonist, Mitsuru, and Aigis - all available at Ramen Yokocho's Panton and Heddon Street locations.

 
Limited edition set menus


​Highlights of the menu include Weird Takoyaki – deep-fried diced octopus balls topped with Takoyaki brown sauce, Japanese mayo, bonito flakes, aonori seaweed and red ginger, Hagakure Gourmet King Ramen, 12hr tonkotsu pork broth with garlic oil & fried garlic topped with menma bamboo shoots, BBQ pork belly, spring onion, nitamago egg & wakame seaweed and Ramen Yokocho’s first ever burger Bao Burger of Mass Destruction Teriyaki glazed beef burger, bacon, lettuce, mayo served with dashio chips and Japanese mayo.


The dessert options include the Sweet, Sweet Thanatos – coffin-shaped chocolate mochi brownie served alongside a scoop of either matcha or vanilla ice cream, drizzled with strawberry sauce and Marin Karin Parfait (ve)– vegan ice cream parfait with anko and maraschino cherry.


Each menu is accompanied by a signature drink including the Balm of Life (Blue Jelly Soda) – a mix of blue melon soda and blue raspberry syrup, with coconut jelly and a maraschino cherry and the Snuff Soul (Red Jelly Soda) – a red melon soda and strawberry syrup, with coconut jelly and a maraschino cherry.


​Diners can join the fun and take a selfie at either location tagging @ramenyokocho for the chance to win a limited edition Atlus rucksack full of Persona goodies (A5 notebook + pen, bag tag & bento pouch).


Special merchandise
​Merchandise from the Persona 3 Reload game as well as from the wider franchise will be available for the first time in Europe. This can be purchased from Ramen Yokocho, Japan Centre Ichiba and japancentre.com, whilst stocks last.


Ichiba Pop Up, Westfield London
​During the collaboration, there will also be a mini dessert pop up in Ichiba, Westfield London, where limited edition Persona 3 donuts will be available, decorated with iconic blue icing, with edible character decorations and finished with a black and white Oreo crumb. Perfectly paired with a delicious Persona 3 Reload bubble tea, they have been created just for this occasion. While enjoying this treat, visitors will be able to take a selfie alongside their favourite character and pick up exclusive Persona 3 merchandise. ​


The Ramen Yokocho X Persona 3 Reload set menus run at both London Heddon Street and London Panton Street locations from Tuesday 16th January to Monday 1st April 2024 and is priced at £25 per head.
