Gata de Gorgos (Alicante), Spain –March 13, 2024– Independent development one-man studio Ofihombre, announces that the Steam page for Randy & Manilla is already active. The game will be also released on itch.io, and GOG in Early Access on May 10.


In Randy & Manilla, players enter a mysterious quantum cyber-universe housed within Net-Cubes, containing various virtual worlds reminiscent of movies like Wreck-It Ralph or Ready Player One.
 

 

Set in the year 2142, within Lambert Wilson's quantum supercomputer, the cyber-universe is threatened by the Cracksom Virus residing in the red Net-Cube. 


Randy and Manilla, with assistance from the messaging algorithm E-Mailer, endeavor to halt Cracksom's threat and safeguard the cyber-world, utilizing their distinctive abilities to journey through diverse Net-Cubes accessed by E-Mailer's portal-opening prowess.

About Ofihombre

The original name of Ofihombre is Alexandre Monfort Ferrer. He was born on October 23, 1996, and lives in the village of Gata de Gorgos, Spain. The name of the studio is based in a character created by the developer in the game Spore. Since then, it has been used as a nickname on the Internet. Other games developed by Ofihombre and released on itch.io are Alien Storm, Andrux Adventure, Cubix, Fall Mazeball, Pixelbit World and Damiux Ferrer Dream.
