Release of Imperiums: Rise of Caesar

We would like to share some big news, the release of a new DLC in the Imperiums series called Imperiums: Rise of Caesar.

Two of the greatest conquests of Julius Caesar are covered with two campaign maps of Gaul and the British Isles. The power struggle between the Roman Senate and the consuls keeps the Republic in a constant risk of civil war. Against this political background Caesar seeks military and political fame through swift and triumphant victories in Gaul and Britannia.

You can assume the leadership of Roman legions and rise to military and political prominence by subjugating Gaul and then entering the mysterious British Isles. You could also try to defy the Romans expansive ambitions by inflicting bloody defeats on them playing as one of the local tribes.

The DLC brings two interlinked campaign maps with several new mechanics such as Commanders (Ceasar, Vercingetorix, Cassivellaunus), Weather and Seasons and Politics in Rome (detailed info on the Steam page).

Imperiums is an indie 4X/grand strategy game that has been well received by the players of these genres, the base game scores 83% on Steam.
