Sailor: Age of Corsairs gives the players the choice of what they want to become on the water of the 17th century Caribbean Sea. They can become pirate, but also join one of the colonial powers. There is also a third route - becoming a merchant. It's a way to gain wealth but also will demand more resources to defend from pirates and other merchants.
With many sandbox elements and crew simulations Sailor: Age of Corsairs bring a gust of fresh wind. The role of the ships' captain puts many responsibilities on the player.
