Monday, 18 March 2024, Cambridge, UK. Jagex is thrilled to welcome in spring with a brand-new Easter-themed update for RuneScape, available in-game today. From now until April 8th, hop into RuneScape and egg-splore the Blooming Burrow for three weeks of chocolate-based challenges and goodies to indulge in.
Join the Easter Bunny and his family and head into a chocolate-fuelled ‘Great Egg-Spectations,’ as players embark on a mission across Gielinor to find, create and test the perfect chocolate egg recipe! Players will also be able to crack open new Easter surprises in the Hunt for the Golden Egg, with rewards up for grabs in daily and weekly Egg Hunt challenges.
After a long day of questing, egg-splore the brand-new Easter Hub – the Blooming Burrow – where players can take part in new skilling activities, including mining for chocolate rocks and hunting chocolate bunnies, and enjoy the fruits of their labour with both new and classic rewards. Suitable for all players, this seasonal update brings a twist to classic RuneScape while celebrating all things chocolate.

Blooming Burrow Includes:
A brand new quest in Gielinor featuring the adorable Easter Bunny in a mission to craft and perfect the most scrumptious of chocolate recipes.
A variety of solo or group activities inside the new Blooming Burrow hub, including mining chocolate rocks, smithing chocolate foil, or working together on a factory line to mix, mould, and create delicious new chocolate inventions.
Returning rewards from previous seasonal updates, with Gummy Bunnie's 'Grand Eggs-Change.’ Spend Spring Tokens to unlock Easter-themed goodies, including 2023’s fan favourite Skill Pet Bunny.
RuneScape is available now on PC, Steam, iOS, and Android, complete with cross-platform progression and play on PC and mobile.
