Stunning magical adventure set in South America gets release window! Sopa, which is coming to Game Pass!

StudioBando has revealed that Sopa – the magical realist narrative adventure in which you venture into the lush depths of South America to search for ingredients for your grandma’s soup – is coming out in August! The news was revealed at today’s Wholesome Direct with a brand new trailer.

The game will be available on PC, Xbox, and Game Pass, and it’s taking part in today’s Latin American Games Showcase.

About the Game

When Miho steps into the pantry to get a potato for grandma’s soup, he's suddenly pulled into a distant fantastical land. In the quest to find ingredients for their meal, he finds himself retracing the steps of an ancient and great explorer. But every time he returns to the kitchen with a new ingredient, things have changed in unexpected ways…

Sopa is a tale about family, adventure, and the things we pass along to future generations, comforting like the first sip of hot soup on a cold day and vital as an ancient memory.
