Submission Phase for the German Computer Game Awards 2024 has started

Berlin, Germany, January 5, 2024 – The submission period for the German Computer Game Awards 2024 (Deutscher Computerspielpreis, DCP) has started. The award is presented in 15 categories and honors the best games and creative minds in the games industry in Germany with an intended 800,000 euros in prize money. Developers and publishers from all over the world are invited to participate and submit games for the category “Best International Game”. The necessary information is available via this link.
 
The submission phase ends on January 19, 2024, at 11:59 pm CET. The date for the DCP 2024 award ceremony has also been set: The award ceremony for the best games of the year will take place on April 18, 2024, in Munich and online via live stream.

Games that have been or will be released between January 20, 2023, and the day of the award ceremony on April 18, 2024, can be submitted. This also applies to games that are in the early access phase or soft launch. A game may only be submitted to the German Computer Game Awards once. The award winners are selected in a two-stage process by expert juries and a main jury.
