Slitherine Software :
Generals and Commanders,
The face of war has changed. New weapons, new dynamics, new strategies. Our arsenal includes nuclear submarines, strategic bombers, and intercontinental ballistic missiles, weapons to debilitate our enemies. But victory does not rest solely on nuclear power. We will advance into enemy territory and compel their surrender by asserting tactical superiority. Our technologies are our strength, and we will push forward through relentless research to outmaneuver any hostile force. We are already deploying our finest spies to get information about their technologies.
We prepare now for an unprecedented war, integrating conventional and nuclear tactics and expanding our strategic horizons with diplomacy as a key weapon. Diplomatic channels offer us the means to form alliances and strike agreements, proving as decisive as any weapon. We are in for the long war, soldiers. Execute with integrity and unbreakable resolve.
ICBM: Escalation is a grand-scale RTS game that immerses players in the intense world of global warfare, where every decision could mean the difference between survival and total annihilation.
The game features a brand-new single-player campaign, with scenarios spanning from conflicts in the 1950s to hypothetical wars in 2040s. The single-player mode also includes three additional ways to play: Blitz, which is the mode closest to the original ICBM; Standoff, designed for 1-2 hours matches; and Conquest, the longest match type, up to 6 hours. These modes are also available in multiplayer, supporting face-offs of up to ten players.
News game features include:
A blend of conventional and nuclear warfare
Highly replayable with a wide range of strategies and unit choices
Mass-destruction weapons, like chemical bombs and MiRVs
Detailed diplomacy and technology research systems
Multiplayer mode supporting up to 10 players, with ranked competitive play
A single-player campaign featuring both historical and futuristic missions
A deep customization system for the matches
And much more.
ICBM: Escalation is now available on Steam (with a 10% discount until November 28th). The first game in the franchise, ICBM, is also discounted by 25% until the 25th November.
