Copenhagen, Denmark, November 12th, 2024 – IO Interactive, the independent video game developer and publisher behind, among others, the internationally acclaimed HITMAN franchise, announces today the return of the Elusive Target mission, The Disruptor, featuring the likeness and voiceover work of Superstar and MMA legend Conor McGregor.

The Disruptor mission will be available globally on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One consoles, Nintendo Switch™*, and PC, starting Friday, November 15th, to Sunday, December 8th

The assignment for The Disruptor mission is two-fold. First and foremost, players will be tasked with taking down The Disruptor, a mysterious multi-millionaire MMA Fighter trying to make his mark within the secretive Ark Society, an organization composed of the world’s wealthiest and most influential individuals. The second objective is to protect Tim Quinn, the CEO of Quantum Leap and combat sports enthusiast, who is set to enter the ring to face the unpredictable Disruptor. With many disguises and opportunities to help the players complete their objectives, The Disruptor will be lucky to finish the first round on his feet.   

The mission will be available to play for newcomers as part of the Free Starter pack, whereas HITMAN World of Assassination players will be able to access the mission also for free during the event.  

The Disruptor DLC pack is also currently available, giving players permanent access to The Ostentatious, an arcade contract featuring The Disruptor, as well as a new outfit, items, and a set of cosmetics for the freelancer house.  

HITMAN World of Assassination is available now for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
