The Last Epoch Vinyl Soundtrack Is Now Available For Pre-Order

San Antonio, Texas -- February 01, 2023 – Eleventh Hour Games, the maverick indie studio that started from a Reddit post, is proud to announce that pre-orders are now open for the Last Epoch soundtrack on vinyl.

Due for shipping in June 2024, the two-disc spot UV gatefold package includes the soundtrack for the highly-anticipated action RPG, composed by Erik Desiderio, on heavyweight LPs in either black, or a unique purple and black galaxy-effect vinyl.

“Composing the music for Last Epoch was like weaving the musical threads of a world destined for destruction,” says Desiderio. “Capturing the essence of a ruined future and a pristine past through music took a lot of experimentation to find the right tools and approach.”

The soundtrack consists of 28 tracks from the highly-anticipated action RPG, mainly focused on the bright Divine Era and darker Ruined Era of the game. Desiderio shaped the final score during Last Epoch’s Early Access period, using fan feedback and less well-known instruments and techniques, including the tagelharpa, lute, fretless bass and Ebow, and choral lyrics sung in Old Norse.

For those wanting to experience the sound of Eterra live, Desiderio will be conducting the Game Music Ensemble on February 24th, celebrating 10 years of video game music at the UCLA, with free tickets available as well as a livestream of the event. Fans can also check out the Last Epoch main theme on YouTube and stream from various services, including Spotify.

Erik Desiderio is a composer known for his immersive and emotionally evocative music, exploring the limitless world of interactive media. As well as Last Epoch, he has composed music for Star Trek Fleet Command, PUBG, and Diablo III expansion Rise of the Necromancer, amongst others. 

Last Epoch is an action RPG with 15 mastery classes, developed by a group of passionate role-playing enthusiasts. Players explore dangerous dungeons, craft legendary weapons, hunt epic loot and fight their way across the land and times of Eterra, in a game that has already sold over 1 million copies in Early Access.

The 1.0 release of Last Epoch is due on February 21, and available to pre-order now on Steam, with both Deluxe and Ultimate Editions available.
