RP7, the exceptionally cute slot-managing roguelike developed by Turtle Cream and published by IndieArk, will participate in the June Steam Next Fest and introduce the new "Item Pool" feature in its demo. This content is now available on Steam.

In RP7, the narrative and gameplay unfold in a truly innovative and unexpected way. Drawing inspiration from slot machines, Loop Hero, and Fidel: Dungeon Rescue, RP7 offers a unique slot-managing roguelike experience. Instead of direct character control, players roll seven random encounter slots to shape their character's unique story. Each roll and re-roll allows players to plan ahead and navigate their adventure.This captivating mechanic blends the thrill of slot machines with the adventure of traditional RPG gameplay, allowing players to face unknown monsters, uncover hidden treasures, and challenge formidable bosses. Each playthrough brings endless RPG gameplay and new scenarios to explore.
The latest demo introduces the "Item Pool" feature, inspired by Slay the Spire's relic system. This feature lets players pre-configure their equipment before their adventure, creating varied strategic playstyles. By planning ahead, players can customize their journey, adding depth and flexibility to the game.
Additionally, the demo includes an experimental Twitch chat integration feature, where viewers can input numbers in the chat box to remotely control the streamer's slot machine.RP7 is gearing up for its Early Access launch on Steam in summer 2024.
