LOS ANGELES (September 9, 2004) - Vivendi Universal Games (VU Games) today announced a global distribution agreement with HD Interactive to distribute the action-packed, PC-based, 3D tactical strategy space game, Nexus - The Jupiter Incident.
Under terms of the agreement, VU Games will distribute the title across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific with the exception of France, Spain, Italy, Benelux and Russia. HD Interactive will be responsible for publishing the game.
"Our agreement with HD Interactive is a testament to VU Games' strong global distribution network and sales capabilities," said Bruce Hack, CEO of VU Games. "We look forward to partnering with HD Interactive with the launch of Nexus - The Jupiter Incident this fall."

Developed by Mithis Entertainment, Nexus - The Jupiter Incident is a real-time mission-based tactical strategy space game featuring spectacular real time-battles and breathtaking motion picture quality.
