XDEFIANT REVEALS NEW INFO FOR SEASON 1 AT UBISOFT FORWARD

CITY, COUNTRY — June 10, 2024 — Today at Ubisoft Forward, Ubisoft teased information about the upcoming content that will come with Season 1 for XDefiant, the new free-to-play, fast-paced arcade shooter developed by Ubisoft San Francisco* featuring factions inspired from some of Ubisoft’s beloved franchises. Players can download and play XDefiant for free from their PC via Ubisoft Connect, PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S. To download XDefiant, go to playxdefiant.com/download_pco.


At Forward, XDefiant teased the following content that will be coming to Season 1:


• 1 new faction – GSK (Inspired by Rainbow Six Siege)
• 3 new maps (1 new map per month)
o Clubhouse
o Daytona
o Rockefeller
• 3 new weapons
• 1 new mode – Capture the Flag
• Ranked Play
• And more (to be revealed July 1)


A full reveal of Season 1 content – including more information on GSK, Capture the Flag, the 3 new weapons, other new cosmetics and game features – will be on XDefiant’s new YouTube show XDebrief on July 1, with Season 1 launching July 2.
