Yahtzee!-like Strategy Game, Rogue Rollout, Announces Public Playtest

New York, 17 July, 2024 -  Rogue Rollout, a rogue-like, Yahtzee!-style game brought to you by Peepod Inc., has released update 0.90 to playtesters! This update includes several balance updates, updated art graphics, and an open beta announcement. 

Rogue Rollout is a roguelike deck builder where you score points in a Yahtzee-style dice game, choose powerful artifacts, and roll as many points as you can through endless rounds.

This update brings several balancing changes to the artifact cards to ensure that players are having the most enjoyable experience at every roll the dice. In a lot of cases, the amount of text in an artifact card description has been reduced for faster and more accurate reading.

More tooltips have been added to better explain game mechanics, including max multipliers, to help players better understand how the mechanics operate. Some artifact cards can now increase the max multiplier cap, which is exciting news because who doesn’t enjoy seeing bigger score points?

And lastly but certainly not least, some of the placeholder artwork for the artifact cards has been replaced with polished, completed work. 

Playtesters are welcome to join in on the fun via the Rogue Rollout Steam Page, and a feedback form can be provided to you. If you wish to playtest the game and join the Official Discord server to discuss bugs and ideas, then you’re also more than welcome to do so!
