These days, video games aren’t just made to be played – they’re made to be broadcasted.

That’s why NAB Show wants to invite game developers to the ongoing 2015 NAB Show, taking place April 11-16 in Las Vegas. (You can register here!)

The show will give game developers an inside view into new technologies relevant to game production and broadcasting.

“As far as production and post-production, NAB Show offers all of the most advanced equipment and technologies from image capture to visual effects, animation, CGI, editing and all aspects of workflow and asset management,” explained Chris Brown, EVP of conventions and business operations at NAB.

“As production values on their projects evolve to be closer to that of television and cinematic experiences, this is naturally a place where game producers and developers can zero in on what's needed to make that happen,” he added.

The 2015 NAB Show goes beyond production issues and will also offer insight into new opportunities to help developers expand their businesses.

“Over the Top Television (OTT) and online video services are big conversations taking shape this year at 2015 NAB Show,” Brown said. “These rapidly-evolving platforms offer many kinds of development and partnership opportunities for those in the video game industry looking to extend their business model beyond traditional distribution outlets, produce assets suited for transmedia and capture new kinds of audiences.”
