For 2013 global game jam we've decided to make some videos to teach other developers, how to make multi player games in unity as fast as possible and also in a way that they can continue extending it after the jam. Videos are not super high quality and have been made in a single after noon but based on viewers feedback they are still useful so i thought sharing them here might be a good idea.

The project which we used in videos is available here to download. Slides of the Background info video are here as well.

Global gamejam is a good place to innovate and create new stuff. New experiences and even starting piece of the next big startup. Number of multiplayer games is not high enough however. Hopefully this year we'll have a better situation regarding this. We are trying to do our best to make it happen.

Joyent provides free servers for the global game jam 2013 and we thought that it's a good idea to use our expertise and help the community to make their own multiplayer games using unity and UnityPark suite. Here you can find videos and sample projects for a tutorial which walks you casually toward a simple multiplayer game.
