Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
Integration of games industry ecosystems (like AppStore, PlayStore, Kongregate, Facebook, ...)
Robust and future proof code, which can be maintained even after several years of ongoing development:
unit tests

3 years games industry experience
Nice to have:
