Hi Folks,

Developing highly impactful sound design and effects for your games is a must in this highly competitive market. While I could numerous posts on technique, editing, design, creative, etc. This post is more about sharing my new sound effect products purpose-built for game developers with you.

If you want world-class sound design for your games, any sound designer/producer worth their salt who is being honest will tell you its a lot of work to develop great audio content. It's also very expensive and time-consuming to go out and source, record, edit and prep high production ready content. Especially hard to get content. Using top notch libraries like mine can help you get the sonic foundations you need or even give you the production-ready sounds you need to produce killer games. Crappy sounds or music in a great game will kill the game. Just like in a film. Without creative, quality, impactful and story supporting audio (music/sfx), a story isn't being fully told or effectively communicated/supported. Then there is no emotional connection with the viewer/player. But that's a topic for another time and post!

As I mention at the top of this post, I am really excited to share with you three new products from my team at df|MG Signature Series. MFX - Mobile Game Effects Library, M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank, and Weapons - Ultimate Collection! All of these "Hollywood" quality sound effects are purpose built and crafted for game developers.

MFX - MFX features over 1100 sound effects (2GB+) of premium world class sound effects and includes everything from interface/level effects, creatures, weapons, military, ambient, foley and more. It really is a must have SFX library for any serious game developer. Especially at only $99.99 and available as an immediate digital download. This library will meet almost all of your audio sound effect needs for serious game development.

M1A1 - This library is the ultimate library if you want to recreate the sounds of the M1A1 Main Battle Tank or any modern battle tank. Sounds include 120mm Main Gun Firing, Co-Ax machine gun, engine noises, turret sounds, hatches and many more! At only $59.99 it is a must-have library for any game developer who develop military or warfare games.

Weapons - Ultimate Collection If you develop games that utilize firearms, there is no better or more comprehensive library than Weapons. Loaded with the top weapons you need. M4, M16, CAR15, AK 47, AKM, AKS, M700 Sniper Rifle, M870 Tactical Shotgun, Mk19 Automatic Grenade Launcher, M1903 Springfield Rifle, Mini 14, M240G, M249 SAW, .50 Cal, .30 Cal Machineguns, Glocks, HK's, 1911's, .38 Specials and more! SFX are broken down into every detail and offer single shots, double shots, short-medium-long bursts and more. At only $69.99 it is a must-have library for any game developer who develops FPS, military or warfare games. A crazy low price for this comprehensive library.

I am so excited to offer these libraries from my person vault of highly acclaimed custom content. If you're a game developer, you can't afford to not have these libraries. Especially with their buy out royalty free license. I have significantly discounted these libraries for an introductory - limited time so check them out, hear their demos and get them before they go back up in price.

What it would cost you to spend a day on the range, rent all those firearms, buy the ammo or get clearance from the U.S. Military to schedule time, coordinate, etc.... if you even can, travel out to a base, record all the sounds, edit and design, etc. it would cost thousands and thousands of dollars. I know because I did it! Even if you bought all three libraries it would only cost $229! Are you kidding me for 3 killer libraries that will make your games excel and your workload a whole lot easier and more productive? Trust me, as a composer and sound designer for games, film and TV, these sound effects are must have. My team and I already did the hard work.

So when you are looking at building out your sound design and effects, using a high-quality lilbrary can help streamline your workflow, give you the audio building blocks you need or simply give you the SFX you need to get your game off the ground.

Of course, if you are ever looking for award winning custom music or sound design, please don't hesitate to reach out! You can visit www.dfmgsignaturesfx.com for all the sound effect products and visit www.davidfrederickmusic.com for custom work.

Cheers,

David
