Recording Human Voice in Thailand

When a game company in Thailand start to make a game. They may want a few bgm sfx for their projects. Big problem is not how to but it is "Who" can do ?

In my country has a little music composer for game . very little for sfx maker. mostly game company may "RIP" them from other eg, some arcade game , snes ect..

But some companies want to make game with rights contents ,too. BTW they have low budget for audio contents , and don't want to pay for more "One time" with very low price. This make a reason why I just the one who still work for their project.

For SFX I made,easy for me . some sound just record and usea trick (all SFX maker may not want to share this experience ,That 's skill) but a big problem for SFX is ...

Human Voices...

It can be monster , officer ,annoucer , player . but the problem is "Who?" and "Where?"

Who?

I mean , who is voice actor ? or voice actress ? In Thailand ,we have a lot of voice actors , but the price very high , nobody want to do a little job with HUGE contents like games..  ha ha .. I resolve this by myself for a man , monster , little words for kids.

In case the game want woman voice..... The price must "Standard" and X 2 when they want english words.

Look not fair but no choice.. if they need they must pay for....

Where ?

For my voices I can record them at my home studio .

If the game want more type of voice I must rent a studio for it.. why ? The fact is .. a little music composer (me) not have a place to take care anyone who work for me.. I need some place for this. and the important for Thai women , they don't want to work in private place like a man's home...
