The Heritage Foundation's manifesto for the possible next administration could do great harm to many, including large portions of the game development community.
Some of my favorite game music tracks pt.1
Hello again, I'm really getting in to blogging recently :D I'm finding that it is really cool way of conecting with people alike. So while I've made myself break from composing music I thought of making a list of the music tracks from the games I've played i thought ware brilliant.I will release the list in few parts ( because I'm too busy to do it in one go ). This is not my top favorites list since I admire most of those tracks equaly.
Composer: Koji Kondo [View:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkH2zETKqws] The list opens Overworld Theme which is the most iconic Zelda track ever composed i think. Easily recognizable and it's full of adventure, excitement and energy. Once you hear it you'll never forget it. I'm always nerding out whenever i hear it!
Composer: Jesper Kyd[View:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ksor9p52M74]I think that first AC game was highly unappreciated. Even though the amount of recycled missions ware horrible, i still think that the game had most interesting setting, good reward system and best ost from all the installments in the series. A mixture of middle eastern motifs with modern electronic ambience and heavy druming created unique and magical atmosphere.
Composer: Hideyuki Fukasawa[View:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uaBanbNeq5w] Chaos Legion was pretty bad game. Bad graphics and boring and repetitive gameplay. But the thing that stand out for me was that insane electro-classical music that made my blood pumping fast. Just totally rocks!
Composer: Unknown! ( if anyone knows please let me know... lol) [View:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vGnzKki5aA] Here's another classic this time from blizzard. Although the samples used sound a bit dated by todays standards, it's heroic enough to make you want kick orc's arses and melodic enough to remember it! Over all the whole ost is great. :)
Composers: Paul Sebastien, Martin O'Donnell, Michael Salvatori [View:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guuJJrhAMCo] Old school electro track from the first Bungie game ONI. Worked perfect within the game's high-octane cyberpunk setting.
Hope you enjoyed it and you will come back for the next part.
See you space cowboys!
