Guild Wars and WildStar publisher NCSoft has opened Iron Tiger Studios, a new mobile gaming division based in San Mateo, California.

Newsbrief: Guild Wars and WildStar publisher NCSoft has opened Iron Tiger Studios, a new mobile gaming division based in San Mateo, California.

Iron Tiger will focus on developing original mobile games, as well as titles inspired by NCSoft's existing franchises. 

The new studio is looking to bring in more than 100 employees over the next 12 months, with NCSoft looking to use the new personnel to form three separate development teams and a self-contained publishing group.
