For the third consecutive week since its launch, Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 topped the UK software sales charts, despite a 41 percent drop in sales week-over-week.
For the third consecutive week since its launch, Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 topped the UK software sales charts, despite a 41 percent drop in sales week-over-week, on top of the 87 percent drop in the previous week. For the week ended November 26, and according to data from tracking firm Chart-Track, the popular shooter managed to once again hold off Assassin's Creed: Revelations, which saw a drop in sales of 61 percent week-over-week. Saints Row: The Third and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim swapped places, while FIFA 12 stayed in the exact same place as last week. New entries this week included THQ's WWE '12 at number six, and Level 5's Professor Layton and the Spectre's Call at number seven. To round off the top 10, the bottom three from the previous week all switched places, with Just Dance 3 jumping up to number eight and knocking down Battlefield 3 and Super Mario 3D Land a notch.
