Square Enix revealed the latest figures in a Japanese tweet, which was translated by the folks over at Siliconera.
Platinum's acclaimed action-RPG is available on PlayStation 4 and Windows PC, and managed to move 1 million copies in its first two months on shelves.
As of March this year it had shipped 2.5 million copies worldwide, meaning another 500,000 units have been shipped out in the months since.
