A Song for Kentia Hall

As many saw Kentia Hall as an insignificant page on an otherwise voluminous E3, I want to redirect the spotlight to the place where Robosapien, Classic Gaming Expo, Lineage, and Guitar Hero were born. Please enjoy.

The Expo's "return" had turned my brain to porridge
And made us all excited towards the Fall.
As costumes, suits, and shirts return to storage,
We reminisce about our Kentia Hall.

In bright lit booths with somewhat spartan decor,
The heart of E3 beat to no one's drum.
Machines, and games, and stuff in shameless splendor.
O, my dear Kentia Hall, what had you become?

Where once classic games shared space with retail,
Now empty.  No controllers, online demos,
Toy bots, or place to meet the Judy Nails.
Change had sent our Kentia Hall to the gallows.

O Kentia Hall, your closed doors do slay
E3's heart, where fond memories did play.
