Bigpoint Reaches 200 Million Registered Users

German online games publisher and developer Bigpoint today revealed that it has surpassed 200 million registered users in total, while the company is processing one billion transactions every day.

German online games publisher and developer Bigpoint today revealed that it has surpassed 200 million registered users in total. The company, which processes over one billion transactions every day, has doubled its registered user base from 100 million users in less than 18 months. Bigpoint's games are translated into more than 25 languages, with over 700 employees in multiple headquarters around the world creating console and PC games. Heiko Hubertz, founder and co-CEO of Bigpoint, explained, "This is another major milestone that our company has achieved in a short period of time." "It shows that members of our community recognize our commitment to delivering high-quality games and online experiences, and we want to celebrate that." Last week, Bigpoint announced that it had made an agreement with Russian service provider Mail.Ru Group, allowing both companies to share their games via both of their portals.
