Mobile browser games network BoosterMedia has secured 1.75 million euros ($2.32 million) in a round of funding, with the aim to establish itself as the biggest browser games network available.

Newsbrief: Mobile browser games network BoosterMedia has secured 1.75 million euros ($2.32 million) in a round of funding, with the aim to establish itself as the biggest browser games network available. BoosterMedia, based in Utrecht, The Netherlands and housing over 30 staff, focuses on browser games that can be played on mobile devices without the need to go through the App Store or the Android Market. The round of funding was led by Truffle Capital and Solid Ventures, both of whom have invested in the company previously, and will allow BoosterMedia to expand worldwide. It currently reaches gamers in Europe, Latin America and South-East Asia.
