Newsbrief: EVE Online behemoth CCP Games has snapped up an Electronic Arts and DICE veteran to lead production on the upcoming virtual-reality title EVE: Valkyrie. Owen O'Brien joined EA back in 1997, and has since led production on titles like Mirror's Edge and Battlefield 3. Most recently he was in charge of DICE's mobile game strategy. In his new executive producer role at CCP, O'Brien will oversee all aspects of EVE: Valkyrie's production at CCP's Newcastle, UK-based studio. (Photo credit: Jeff Mottle)
