In the race to be the most popular mobile game video sharing tools available, Applifier's Everyplay laid down its hand today, launching the Android version of its tools -- although rival Kamcord is far from on the ropes. Both Everyplay and competitor Kamcord provide tools for mobile game developers to allow users to record and share gameplay videos with friends. Everyplay appears to have a slight upper-hand right now, and with the launch of its Android version, it'll be hoping to run away with that lead. Developers with Android games available can now choose to integrate Everyplay functionality into their games, as well as their iOS games as per usual. Everyplay notes that it supports Android 4.1 and upwards, whereas Kamcord only supports Android 4.3. A small handful of Android developers have already updated their Android games with Everyplay, including Madfinger and its game Dead Trigger 2. Note that integrating either Everyplay or Kamcord into your mobile game is free. Right now it looks like Everyplay is ever so slightly ahead in terms of numbers. Everyplay is currently integrated into around 275 games on iOS, while Kamcord is integrated into around 200 games across iOS and Android. Meanwhile, Everyplay is touting 2.6 million game replays shared online to date, while just last week Kamcord said that it had seen 2 million replays shared to date. But Kamcord has its own tricks up its sleeve. Epic Games announced a partnership with Kamcord last week, through which mobile game devs utilizing the Unreal Engine 3 will have the option to integrate Kamcord into their games.
