We are looking for advice on how to handle an situation where the wife of one of our players is asking us for help. She says her husband is addicted to our game and she's worried about their marriage and business. Have you dealt with something like this?
We are looking for advice on how to handle the following. We received this email from, presumably, a wife of one of our player's:
Good day.
I need your help please.
In oct of last year my husband started to play xxx.
Since then it was down hill with our marriage and Bussiness.
He is extremely addicted to this game goes days without sleep. Drives
playing this game... Seeing that that is his job as distributer.
I fear that this addiction will cost our Bussiness and marriage.
I plead for your help ...... I'm 3 months pregnant and I'm desperate to
save my marriage and Bussiness.

We're a small studio without access to experienced legal advice that could help us out so we'd appreciate any advice on how best to deal with this. Have any of you had a similar situation? What did you do?
