Digital Development Management announced Friday that it has appointed former Killspace COO Mathew Cohen as its newest agent, where he will represent game studios.
Video game business and talent agency Digital Development Management (DDM) has appointed entertainment executive Matthew Cohen as its newest agent. Cohen's primary role will be in the company's Game Studio Representation group, where he will represent development studios and source opportunities for cross-platform IP. He will work out of DDM's Los Angeles office. Prior to this position, Cohen was the COO of Killspace Entertainment, developer of April's digital release Yar's Revenge, an update to the classic Atari game Yars' Revenge. Killspace appears to no longer be in business. Before Killspace, Cohen was the creative director for Los Angeles film company Temple Hill Entertainment. "Matthew is going to be a fantastic addition to our team," said DDM founder and managing partner Jeff Hilbert. "His superior knowledge of the entertainment landscape coupled with his video game industry experience makes him an incredible asset as we continue to collaborate with partners to create multi-platform film, television and video game IP."
