The International Game Developers Association is soliciting insight and feedback on important issues facing video game development in its annual survey, available now. Central to this year's edition of the IGDA Industry Survey are diversity practices and working conditions in the industry, according to the association. "It's impossible to speak about game development and developers in absolutes," IGDA executive director Gordon Bellamy said. "The IGDA Industry Survey allows us to collect real-world data covering publishers, mainstream studios and indie developers, paving the way for management to work on better working conditions - and happier lives - for all of us." The survey is said to take around 15 minutes to complete, and is being conducted in partnership with M2 Research. The survey is available to take now at the following link.
