Hi-Rez most recently launched Smite last month, a free-to-play MOBA, and has previously dabbled in the online shooter genre. Hi-Rez COO Todd Harris says that Georgia's "great talent pool, high quality of life and low cost of doing business" is helping Hi-Rez expand.
