Greetings,

My name is Jovan Johnson and I'm a partner at Johnson & Moo, a Los Angeles based entertainment, game and app law firm. My focus is game and app law, including app consulting and app privacy issues.

I created my Gamasutra blog at the suggestion of  Luis Levy from Novy PR. My goal is to regularly provide my thoughts on legal developments and how they may affect the game business, particularly in the online, social and mobile spaces. My posts are not intended to be exhaustive presentations of the subject matter I discuss.
