Newsbrief: Koch Media, the German media company that owns game publisher Deep Silver and Saints Row studio Volition, has denied reports that it is looking for a buyer for its operations. Popular German business newspaper Handelsblatt reported that Koch Media has enlisted investment bank UBS to help find a buyer, with multiple sources claiming a sale was on the cards. But now Koch Media has posted a statement via the official Deep Silver Twitter, stating that there is no truth to the rumors, and that the company is "stable and growing." "Independent companies like us understandably attract interest," reads the statement. "As a matter of fact, we ourselves are always on the lookout for responsible acquisition opportunities in the fields of publishing and distribution to accelerate our growth. But we are not for sale."
