No User Data Compromised In Square Enix Members Breach

Following a breach of its Members social network service last week by an unknown party, Square Enix has now confirmed that no personal information was compromised during the breach.

Newsbrief: Following a breach of its Members social network service last week by an unknown party, Square Enix has now confirmed that no personal information was compromised during the breach. As part of an update on the Square Enix Members website, a statement reads that personal information was not accessed, and that the company plans to restart the service by the end of December. The culprit behind the intrusion, which saw a server containing details of North American and Japanese Square Enix Members breached, has still not been determined.
