Returnal and It Takes Two lead 2022 BAFTA Games Award nominations

Returnal and It Takes Two lead the 2022 BAFTA Games Awards nominations with eight nods each. Both titles have received nominations in categories including Game Design, Narrative, and Best Game.

Other notable nominees include Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, which is up for a total of seven awards, Forza Horizon 5 and Psychonauts 2, which have both received six nominations, and Deathloop.

A total of 39 games have been nominated this year, including the likes of Sable, The Artful Escape, Unpacking, Toem, Marvel's Guardian's of the Galaxy, Inscryption, Eastward, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Genesis Noir, Halo Infinite, and Life is Strange: True Colors.
