The first wave of Steam Trading Cards is chock-full of indies

Not content to have already become synonymous with 'hats,' Valve has set its Steam Trading Card feature free from beta and unleashed it upon the general public, with cards from both indie and big studio titles.

Newsbrief: We brought you the news previously that Valve is seeking to diversify its hat empire with Steam Trading Cards. Well, after a spot of time spent in beta, the service is now live for all users. Valve boasts over 30 titles represented in the first wave of cards, including:

  • GRID 2

  • Company of Heroes 2

  • FTL

  • Monaco

  • Trine 2

  • Super Meat Boy

  • Sanctum 2

  • Magicka

  • Brutal Legend

  • Left 4 Dead 2
