[In this weekly column, Gamasutra rounds up the most popular paid and free gaming applications on the Android Market as of today, with Cut the Rope, Early Bird, Fruit Ninja and Dragon Fly! currently ranking among the platform's top downloads.] This week's top paid titles are: 1. Cut the Rope ($0.99) 2. Early Bird ($0.99) 3. Dragon Fly! Full ($0.99) 4. Fruit Ninja ($1.26) 5. RoboDefense ($2.99) 6. Madden NFL 12 ($6.99) 7. Doodle Jump ($0.99) 8. The Moron Test ($0.99) 9. UNO ($2.99) 10. Homerun Battle 3D ($4.99) Zeptolab's puzzler Cut the Rope leads Android paid app sales for the second week running, while Booyah's recently released action game Early Bird ranks in at second place. Four Pixels' Tiny Wings clone Dragon Fly! Full climbs up to third place after finishing eighth last week, while Madden NFL 12 outsells Doodle Jump and The Moron Test at sixth place. Here are this week's top free Android game applications: 1. Angry Birds 2. Hanging With Friends 3. Angry Birds Rio 4. Words With Friends Free 5. Angry Birds Seasons 6. Bunny Shooter 7. Drag Racing 8. Fruit Ninja Free 9. Tetris Free 10. Lane Splitter Angry Birds, Hanging With Friends, and Angry Birds Rio once again occupy the top three spots in the Android's free app charts, as Words With Friends and Angry Birds Seasons remain popular downloads at fourth and fifth. Bunny Shooter drops to sixth in today's results, while Creative Mobile's Drag Racing moves up to capture seventh place.
